Ethan bagged the 1st Prize in the Under-9 category at All Goa Under-13 (Open) State Chess Championship cum Selection for Nationals 2020. The tournament was organized by Salcete Taluka Chess Association on behalf of Goa Chess Association, from the 10th to 12th of Jan, 2020, at Borda, Margao.

Beginning New Year 2020 on a winning note, Ethan bagged the 1st Prize in the Under-9 category at Late Shri Srikar Vasudev Manerkar Memorial All Goa Open Rapid Chess Tournament. The tournament was organized by Tiswadi Taluka Chess Association under the aegis of Goa Chess Association, on the 5th of Jan, 2020, at Mala, Panjim.

Ethan bags 3 awards in 3 International Chess Tournaments! And this time it was in the Under-8 category, while he is still Under-7. Ethan won the 3rd Place in the International Under-8 category, at Pawns Chess Academy’s First International B-1400 FIDE Rated Chess Tournament at Ernakulam, Kerala, organized from 30th Nov to 2nd Dec, 2018.

Ethan bagged the 4th place in the Under-7 category, at the Narenn International B-1500 Rated Chess Championship, 2018, at Hyderabad, Telangana, which was conducted from 23rd to 25th Nov, 2018. This was Ethan’s 2nd International Chess Tournament.

Ethan secured the 1st Place at the 5th Late Laxmikant V Desai Memorial All India Open FIDE Rating Chess Tournament, in the Under-7 category.
